About the role:

We are looking for several experienced horticulturalists/gardeners to join our Land and Environment team on a casual basis. The roles involve grounds maintenance as well as general garden maintenance tasks such as planning, mulching, planting, pruning, weeding, harvesting, and mowing, within the bathing area, Food Bowl, and new accommodation areas. You will also have the opportunity to share your passion and knowledge of gardening and horticulture with guests and staff through a variety of educational programs.

About you

• Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance
• Native/local knowledge of indigenous plants and/or fruit and vegetable growing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
